ボディステップ50のコリオ(ウォームアップ)
<BS50-01>One Day In Your Life (Almighty Mix)
全くステップ台を使用しないウォームアップですが、ボディステップを代表する人気曲のひとつです。
メインパートの4ウォーク前後+グレープバイン左右の動きで、ぜひとも決めたいパフォーマンスがあります。
グレープバインの1回目のところで両腕を90度曲げて力こぶを作るポーズです。
“Baby, I’m be stronger!”という歌詞の表現になるので、筋肉自慢な人もそうでない人もグッとポーズをとってください!
キメポーズは両手を横にスライス!
<BS50-02>Ain't It Funny (Almighty Mix)
スペインの雰囲気を感じる2曲目は3セット構成で、各セットの冒頭に足を止めてポーズが入ります。
片手開く→片手開く→両手上げる→両手下げる、という簡単なポーズですが、冒頭は4カウントずつ、そのあとベーシックステップをしながら2カウントずつ→1カウントずつと徐々にスピードアップしていきます。
3セット目はこのポーズを付けたベーシックステップとコーナータップのコンビネーションになります。また、この3セット目だけポーズが若干変化します。
片手ずつ開くところまでは一緒ですが、そのあと肘から先だけを振り上げるようにします。
イメージはフラメンコのポーズを決めるように、「オーレ」です!
<BS50-03>Everybody
3曲目はスペインから一転、バックストリート・ボーイズの名曲です。
メロディパートはステップキック+オーバー、メインパートはターンステップ+シャッフルとコリオは非常にシンプル。
ちなみに全て右足リードから始まるため、オーバー・ザ・トップは常にスタジオの左側を向いた状態で行います。
キメポーズは台に飛び乗って両方の親指を立ててGood!
