ボディステップ121コリオの覚え書き


BS121はこれまでBODYSTEPをやったことがある方なら特段目新しい動きはないかなと思います。ただ、はじまりのポジションや移動のタイミングが普段と少し違うコリオがあるのでご注意ください。

Mixed Strengthのバーピーからのクライマーの動きですが、スタートポジションが両手をステップ台についたプランクからとなります。
(プランクポジションから)[1-4]両足寄せて立ち上がる→[5-8]両手をついてプランク(バーピー)→[9-16]クライマーラン4往復、という流れ、最初に立った状態になってしまうとわけわからんくなっちゃいます泣

もう一つはPeak 2の3ニーとTステップのコンビネーション。ぼーっとしてたら何回膝あげたらいいかわからなくなります。
(台の横から)[1-12]ステップニー移動なし×3回→[13-16]ステップニーで台の後ろへ(ハーフT)→[1-12]ベーシックステップ×3回→[13-16]ステップニーで最初と反対側の台横へ(ハーフT)、という流れ。
3回プラス1ニー、簡単なはずですがやってみると間違える間違える、、、

あと、Peak 3のコンビネーションからオーバーに入るところがいつもとタイミングが違います。一歩下りたらすぐにオーバーに入るので、おいていかれないようにしましょー。
