ボディステップ107コリオ覚え書き
Warm Upから素晴らしい曲で始まるBS107は前半はものすごくノリノリです♪
Into Youは4マーチ×3セットからのLステップが歌とマッチしていますね。
3曲目のシャッセのところはいろいろ遊んでいいので、ロボットアームで動いたり、ジャスティンダンスで、と好きな形で楽しみましょう。
しかし注意したいのがこの3曲目Step Orientationのキックからチャチャチャでの移動のところ、なんというか、「すごくやりにくい」んです汗
キック+ウォーキングのところでは[1-4](内側向いて)ステップキック[5-8]4歩で反対側へ歩きながら反対側を向く[9-12](内側向いて)ステップキック[13-16]4歩で反対側へ歩きながら反対側を向く、となります。
さらにこれがチャチャチャ(シャッセ)になると[1-4](内側向いて)ステップキック[5-6]蹴った足でチャチャチャ[7-8]反対側の足でチャチャチャ(ピボットターンの要領で180度ターン)[9-12](内側向いて)ステップキック[13-14]蹴った足でチャチャチャ[15-16]反対側の足でチャチャチャ(ピボットターンの要領で180度ターン)、となります。
他の曲で出てくるダイヤモンドシャッセとの違いは、一歩目のシャッセではなく2歩目で台に対して背を向ける点。わかってはいますがやってみると足も頭もこんがらがるのです、、、
Peak 1からPeak 2まではガッツリトレーニングモードに突入、Peak 1はバーピー祭り、のっけからバーピーというなかなかのコリオです。
Mixed Strengthもひたすらスクワット、しっかりと体重をかけて足を鍛えていきましょう。
Peak 2のトレーニング要素が少し特殊、台を使ってのクライマーですが、手は内側の手だけ台に乗せて、反対側の手はランニングアームで行います。もちろん、バランスがとりにくい方は両手とも台についてもらっても構いません。
ちなみにPeak 2の6マーチから床に下りるところで手を外に伸ばしながら足をバックタップさせるところは"Tag Me!"とフレーズが入るので、SNSでタグ付けしているイメージのようです??
Party Stepは曲名のとおりHair、髪をかき上げるポーズがたくさん出てきます。髪が短い方がやると「いらっしゃーい」に見えて仕方がありません。これに対してSpeed Stepは男性曲でBad Man、最後のポーズはスタジオ内のBad Manを指さしちゃいましょう。
髪をかき上げるタイミングが独特なので気を付けてください。[1-4]前へステップキック[5-8]後ろへステップキック[9-16]8歩で1周ステップ台を歩く、というコリオの中で、8のところで耳のあたりから髪をたくし上げ、9のところで前へ向けて指を立てて歩き始める、という感じです。
Peak 3がこれまた気合の入るいい曲。BODYSTEPでお馴染みのFIREアームがオーバー・ザ・トップの前に入ります。手の甲を交差させて炎をイメージした動きですが、「なんでだろー?」の動きといった方が分かりやすいですね笑
最終セットに入る前のサイドタップのところで、両手を下に払う(Aフレーム)から徐々に手を持ち上げるところなんて最高です!
