ボディステップ123コリオ覚え書き


PartyStepではボディステップでお馴染みのシャッターチャンスパフォーマンスが待っています。
思い切りポーズをとってキメて行きましょう笑
少し違いますが下の画像のような感じです、両手で顔の周りを囲って、顔を切り取るイメージでパシャ!
シャッター音は2セット目のベーシックで出るときと、3セット目に連続して出るときに微妙にタイミングがずれます。2セット目は4歩目(ベーシックに入る前)、3セット目は6歩目(ベーシックで両足が台に乗ったとき)に聞こえるので、ここでバチッとやっちゃいましょう!


動きとしてはMix Strengthのゴリラコンボがやや特殊。
[1,2]台に手をつく→[3,4]台の横へターン→[5-8]跳び箱の要領で台を越える→8歩走って元の位置へ、という流れです。

確かにゴリラっぽい動きですが、バナナを持ち込んだりしないように(BS96参照)。

そしてもう一つ特殊な動きがアスレチックで出てくるキックの動き。
ボディコンバットで「ヒップエスケープ(Hip Escape)」として紹介された動きに似ています。
四つん這いから始まり、[1,2]体の下を通して片足キック→[3,4]足を戻す→[5,6]両足伸ばしてプランク→[7,8]両足戻して四つん這い、という流れ。体をひねるようにして蹴り出す動きです。
ただ、コンバットで紹介された当時から思っていましたが、総合格闘技での防御姿勢でいうヒップエスケープは、エビ反り(ブリッジの逆)なのでこの動きをヒップエスケープと称することにどうしても疑問が、、、
今回の正式なコリオ名称知らないので、勝手にKick Twistとしています。
イメージとしては柔道・レスリングの「袈裟固め」のような体勢と思っていただけたら。
