ボディステップ55のコリオ(ピーク1-ピーク2)
<BS55-04>Don't Stop
ボディステップ55の中でもハイライトといえる曲、それがこの4曲目です。
サビの"Don't Stop!"の声にあわせて両手を前に出すSTOP!のポーズは有名、さらに途中で入るアラウンド・ザ・ワールドもステップらしいコリオで、まさに名曲の一言。
ちなみにアラウンド・ザ・ワールドは4回のニーリフトで台を1周しますが、右リードのときは常に左肩、左リードでは右肩を引くので、そこを意識すれば問題なく回れると思いますよー。
<BS55-05>Feel It
名曲に挟まれたマイナー曲といってもいいこの曲。曲調もほとんど変わらないので、ボーっとしているとコリオも間違えてしまいます、、、
もっとも特徴的なのがリバースTステップ。普通のTステップとは入る方向が異なります。
コリオ説明は以下の通り、まず台の上から始ますことに注目しましょう!
[1-2]片足を横に下ろしてサイドスクワットタップ[3-4]下ろした足を引き上げてニーリフト[5-6]台の後ろで降りて2歩で反対側へ[7-8]反対サイドでニーリフト
最後は両手でパンチをしながらサイドスクワットを交互に行い、そのままフィニッシュ!
<BS55-06>B-Boys & Flygirls
6曲目なのに横移動の定番アクロス・ザ・トップが出てこないという曲。メインの動きはナットクラッカー+シャッフルです。
大きく分けると、パワーニーリフト+ジャンピングジャック2回のパートと、スプリットシャッフル、そしてナットクラッカー+シャッフルになります。
このうちナットクラッカー+シャッフルだけは左右入れ替えせず、同じ方向にのみ繰り返ししますので注意!
キメポーズはナットクラッカーの要領で、台に飛び乗って足を延ばしながら両手を伸ばす!
