ボディステップ57コリオ覚え書き



50番台の中でもこの57番は多くのイントラさんが使用するナンバーですので、何かと出くわす機会が多いのではと思います。

最も有名なのがピーク3のTribal Dance、昔からのステップ好きは57番で、比較的新しいナンバーから始めた人にとっては91番の曲として耳なじみがある曲です。
新旧どちらもスピードスクワットの動きが出てきます。素早く5回左右に動き5回目でホールド、このホールドのところで好きなポーズをとって楽しみましょう。

直訳で「部族の踊り」ということで、最後のパワータップでは槍を前に投げるような動作のスピアーアームが出てきます。投げる動作の前に木を削って槍を用意するという細かなオプションがあるとかないとか笑、キメポーズはお好きな方向にスピアーアーム!

パーティステップの動きも特徴的です、その名も「チャーリーブラウン」。
アニメ・ピーナッツに出てくる彼のことなのか、他に由来があるのか分かりませんが、イメージとしてはアニメキャラが走るときのように腕を大きく振って、[1-4]台・床ストンプを2周[5-8]スイッチカールで台の反対側へ、という動きになります。

もう一つ特徴的なのがリバースターン、普通のターンステップがハの字をイメージして動くのに対し、リバースではリード足を対角線上に乗せ2歩目の時点で背中を向けるようにします。そのまま1回転しながら台に下りる動きです。
エアロでは普通に出てくる動きですが、ボディステップでは背中を向けるコリオはかなり珍しいです。

スピードステップは数え方に注意、通常4の倍数でコリオは進みますが、この曲はほぼ6の倍数になります。
途中のフリーズのコンビネーションは[1,2]フリーズアブダクション(リード足の逆足を外に伸ばす)[3,4]リード足をフリーズニー[5-8]床でラン4歩、という動きです。

キメポーズで一番大変?なのがミックスストレングス、最後に"Senolita"と聞こえるので、これにあわせてポーズします。
"Seno"で左手を頭にあて顔は右向き、"li"で右手を横に伸ばし、"ta!"で顔を前に向ける、(と説明を聞いたことがあります)。
イントラによって違いがありますが、帽子をかぶったキザな男をイメージして最後の"ta!"で前を向けばだいたいいいんではないでしょうか。
