 ボディステップ59コリオ覚え書き


BS59は序盤から手の動きが入るコリオが多めです。
Warm Upは片手をあげながらステップタッチ、Step Warm Upは"I'm right here"の声にあわせて両手でプッシュを3回、Step Orientationでは"Alive!"の声のところで両手バンザイ!
3曲目のキメポーズはVの字に両手を伸ばしましょう♪
Peak 1ではフリーズニーのところでお好きなポーズを、Mixed Strengthではシャッフルカールのところで両手も可愛くカールしちゃいましょう♪

Peak 2のコリオがなかなか秀逸、Tステップ+アクロスザトップ+ステップキックから始まり、Tステップを削ってアクロス+キック、更にキックを削ってアクロスという流れは他にはないコリオです。
最後は"Cum'on Feel the Noize"に併せて、手招き→両手を胸に当て→右手を耳に当てて声を聴く、というキメポーズ!

Party Stepではベーシックとバックタップのコンビネーションが入ります。[1,2]ベーシックアップ[3,4](リード足)バックタップ[5,6](逆足)バックタップ[7,8]ベーシックダウン、という流れです。ボディアタックのバックタップの動きに近い感じですね。後半は軽くホップしながら行うのですが、意外とホップを入れた方がやりやすかったりします。

Speed Stepではシャトルランといわれるコリオが出てきます。が、言われても何の動きか分からなかったので4 pointと書いています。1歩目と4歩目にアクセントをおいたコリオで、最終的には[1-4](台の上から始めて)床、台、台、床とステップ[5-8]台の上でジョグ、8歩目に"Hey!"の声にあわせて両手パンチアップ、となります。

Peak 3はボディコンバットでもおなじみFighter!、途中で片側スクワットタップから反対方向へクロスパンチを打つコリオが出てきます。お隣の参加者と殴ったり殴られたり忙しいです笑。
キメポーズは力強くパンチ!
