ボディステップ61コリオ覚え書き


ボディステップ61の中でも初見殺しのコリオといわれているのが、4曲目Step Athleticで出てくるニーリピーターとバックタップの動き。体の反転が入ることでどちらの足を動かしたらいいのかわからなくなってしまいます。

[1-4]コーナーを向いて2ステップニーリピーター、[5]膝を下す[6]リード足をバックタップ、[7]足を寄せながら反対向きへターン[8]反対の足をバックタップ(リードチェンジ)

となります。後半はバックタップと同時にリード足側の手をプッシュしますが、意外と手がついたほうが足も一緒に動かしやすくなる気がしています。


また、キメポーズにこだわりが見られるのもボディステップ61のポイント。

Mixed Strengthでは最後のコリオの途中に"Stop!"と声が入るのでそこで足を止めて、"Hammer Time"で右手でハンマーを作って振り下ろしましょう!

これに対しPeak 2はふんわりと終わっていきます。深呼吸しながら6マーチで台の右側移動し、"Paradise♪"のフレーズに合わせて左足を台に乗せて両手を水平に開く、ボディバランスのウォリアーポーズのような感じです。

Speed Stepのキメポーズはギター&ドラムの音5回に併せて、ジョグ、ジョグ、両手上、両手下、両手広げてポーズ、で終わります。綺麗にキメポーズが決まったためしがありませんが、、、難しい。


Peak 3の終わり方もなかなか難しいです。

"①Why don't you ②do somethin' ③(ガラスの割れる音)"と三つに分けてポーズをとります、①両手開いて台をオーバー、②左手で前指差す、③右手でグラスを床に叩きつける、

最後は思い切り叩きつけちゃいましょう!
途中のスクワットでも同じ交換音があり、この時はたしか左手でグラスを割ったような。グラスを割った後はちゃんと掃除して片付けないといけませんね。
