ボディジャム93曲と動き



前半コリオがSocaでリズムがものすごく速い、ダブルパンチはまず4回上から顔、肩、下と。そのあとステアリングを回すように左上右下から入れ替えて4回。
チューブマンは一度大きく伸びて、空気が抜けるようにダランと。その後はヒールツイストにあわせて手を上から引く。

後半コリオは、最初素早く足を下げながら両手手のひらを拡げてアップ、すぐに拳握って両手を引く、そしてロールダウン。
スクワットからのターンジャンプはどちらも4カウント目にスクワットして、両手振ってジャンプ。
ショルダーロールからのスナップは後ろ向きに、顔も後ろを振り返る。その後は腕を伸ばして右回し、左回し、クロス引いてプッシュ。
