ボディステップ82コリオ覚え書き
82番といえば、ホラーのシリーズということでボディステップ好きの中では有名なナンバーです。
10月のハロウィンシーズンのイベントではそこかしこでシャキーン!の効果音が鳴り響いていた時期もありました。
1曲目、2曲目で何度かシャキーン!の効果音がなりますので、音に合わせて左手をシャキッと伸ばしましょう。
また、1,2,4曲目ではいかにも悪者な感じの笑い声が入るので、そこも遊ぶポイントです。
2曲目はマイケルジャクソンのスリラー、BS71のコンディショニングでも使われましたが、今回も手を伸ばすときはゾンビをイメージして、爪を立てた感じでやります。
3曲目に出てくる特徴的な動きがスターリフト、台の上で足を横にアブダクションさせると同時に、両手も横に開きます。星をイメージして大きく!
3曲目のキメポーズは、Dress-Upという曲なので、両手で体をなぞってドレスアップし、両手を胸にあててハートビート×2!
4曲目は"Tick-tock,12O'clock"という歌詞を意識して、時計に見立てた動きがあります。
ベーシックステップのところでは時計の針のように片手を上→横→斜め下と指します。キメポーズは両手パンチアップから、左手首の腕時計をのぞき込むように。
5曲目は強度こそ緩いですが、アダムズファミリーのテーマです。コーナースクワットのところでスナップの音が聞こえるので、併せて指を鳴らしましょう。
キメポーズはアダムズファミリーに出てくる手首だけのお化け「ハンド」をイメージしています。
右手を横にして、左手でその上をちょこちょこと歩くように動かし、指をパチン、パチン!
Party-StepはBS48の同じくパーティステップのリバイバルです。これまたゾンビアームが出てきますが、さらにこれとニーツイストを組み合わせます。最終系は
[1-2]ニーリフト[3-4]上げた足を床に下ろして外にツイスト(両手はゾンビアームで構えて内側へツイスト)[5-6]正面に戻してニーリフト[7-8]床で2歩歩いてリードチェンジ、となります。
キメポーズはゾンビアームで構えて台に乗り、身体を前傾させながらその手を後ろにはらいます(ここもシャキーン!の効果音)
そして一番難解なのがPeak3の最初、スクワットのタイミング。最初はスロースクワットロール、そこからスローサイドスクワット、サイドスクワットと徐々にスピードを上げていきます。この時歌詞ではなく、
ブーンという重低音の方をしっかり聞いてそれに合わせるとうまくいきます。スタジオの音質が悪かったりすると重低音がうまく聞こえず全く合わせられません、、、
そしてもう一つ、オーバーザトップに入る前のところでバイオニックスコープというポーズが入ります。片手を目に当てて、望遠鏡をのぞき込むようなポーズをとります。
メインコンビネーションはパワータップとサイドスクワットという、左右の動きが違うコリオです。アップダウンを意識するとかなりキツイコリオになるので、ガッツリ動いていきましょう。
間違いやすいのがこのメインの動きの後に1セット目以外はサイドスクワット8往復が入るところ。ついついオーバーにいってしまうのでご注意を。
