ボディステップ83 コリオ覚え書き
「コマンダーアーム」という手の動きが特徴的なBS83、ウォームアップで練習した動きを最後のピークでも行うという形になっているので、全体を通して楽しめるナンバーです。
コマンダーアームの動きは[1-2]両手で前指差し[3-4]両手グーにして顔の前でクロス[5-8]両手をオープン、クロス、オープン、となります。
イメージ画像は本編とは全く関係ありませんが、コマンダー司令官にしごかれてるいい写真ですね。ステップでもたまには追い込まれてみたいです。
BODYSTEP83のコリオについて
Warm UpはDynamite、ノリノリな曲でウォームアップにぴったりです。ステップタッチのところは曲の盛り上がりに合わせて両手ウェーブ→リーチアップダウンと変化します。また"Dynamite!"の歌詞のところは両手を大きく回してダイナマイトの爆発力を表現しましょう。
Step Orientationは台の上で4歩歩いてターン、踵タップ→台の上でニーリフト1往復、踵タップ→台の上でニーリフト、シャッフルと変化します。また、ターンステップとギャロップが両方出てきますが、リード足はターンステップ、戻るときはギャロップという左右で違うコリオです。
キメポーズは左手で投げ縄ポーズ!
Peak 1で出てくる動きがボディステップにしては珍しく8カウントから少しずれた動きになっています、といっても最後にはちゃんとおさまるようになっているので大丈夫。
[1-4]コーナーで2ニー[5-6]床で2歩歩いて向きを変える[7-10]反対コーナーで2ニー[11-12]床で2歩歩いて正面を向く[13-16]ベーシックステップ1回、となります。
キメポーズは"you!"で両手指差し!
Mixed Strengthがひたすらスクワットなので結構キツイ、このひとつ前のボディステップ82と比べると強度が段違いです。
サイドスクワットとスクワットタップのコンビネーションのところで"Hands up higher!"と声が入るので、両手を2回プッシュアップしましょう。キメポーズも両手を2回プッシュアップ!
Peak 2はBS47からのリバイバルで途中の敬礼ポーズも昔の曲と同じタイミングで入ります。コマンダーがテーマのナンバーなのでぴったりですね。サビのパワーニーリフト3回とバウンス移動のコンビネーション3回目で敬礼→手を伸ばす、というパフォーマンスです。 最後のキメポーズが歌詞に合わせたものなので、難しいですが決めたいところ。
"Scream if you - wanna go - faster"に合わせて[1-2]左足で台に飛び乗って両手を口に当て叫ぶポーズ[3-4]左手で右横を指さし[5-6]手を入れ替え、右手で指差し左手は額にかざして遠くを見るように、右手を右から左にスライド、となります。めっちゃ速く走って去っていく人をイメージ!
Conditioning 1はリカバリーとしては珍しくツイストが入ります。エアロでいうエルビスの動きで、膝を内側にツイストしつま先をタップです。
最後はツイストからの振り向きざまに投げキス!
Party Stepがこれまたボディステップでは珍しいバックマンボです。メインのコンビネーションは[1-4]台の上でバックマンボ[5-8]床で振り返って反対側へフロントマンボ(両手を横に伸ばす)[9-16]ステップレッグカール1往復(両手は頭の上でクラップ)、となります。
そのあとのコリオはリズムはベーシックジョグと同じですが、2歩目を乗せるときに1歩目の足を外に払うようにします。手の動きは"Take it off!"の歌詞に合わせて、Tシャツを脱ぐようなしぐさになります。
キメポーズは、、、"Take it off!"なのでシャツをちょこっと脱ぐらしいのですが、、、さすがにそれは、、、
Speed Stepはうって変わってジャズ、フリーズオーバーのところで台に乗せていない足をアブダクション、両手もこれに沿うように軸足側をリーチアップ、反対側は下に伸ばします。
コンビネーションはフリーズオーバー(ジャズポーズ)1.5往復→床でマンボ2回(両手はスイング)です。
Peak 3が今回のテーマ全てを語るCommander、パワータップ(コマンダーアーム)→4ニーがメインのコンビネーションです。
メインコリオからオーバーに入るところにパフォーマンスが入りますが、ダン、ダンと片手ずつパンチアップします。手の順番は内側(台側)→外側です。
キメポーズはオーバーで台の左に移動し、左手を右の額に添え、そこから顔をなぞって最後は左上へ伸ばします!
