ボディステップ50コリオ覚え書き


記念すべき50作目のBODYSTEP、どの曲も名曲ぞろいでイベントにももってこいですね。
1曲目のマッスルポーズ、3曲目の手を振りながらのオーバーも楽しい。そして10曲目は一回もオーバーザトップが入らずひたすらスクワットで追い込むー。

BS50-02 Ain't It Funnyは曲がフラメンコチックなので、途中から手が「オ、レ!」な感じに変わります。最初はゆっくり片手オープン→反対オープン→両手リーチアップ→両手ダウン、という流れでやりますが、最後のセットは肘を曲げて両手を上げるので、ここで「オ、レ!」というのがこの曲の楽しみ方です。
 
Party Stepのdouble tapが意外と所見では難しいと感じるコリオです。
[1,2]台の横から乗る→[3-6]乗ってきた側とは反対側へサイドタップを2回→[7,8]元の位置へ戻る
後半はホップを加えながらよりパーティらしく!

Peak 3 Faster, Harder, Scooter は、ボディステップでは珍しくScooterが登場します。曲名の通りハードコアなコリオになっていて、4スロースクワット→2スクワット→シングルスクワットとどんどんレベルアップします。キメポーズはScooterのシャウトにあわせて台の上で両手を拡げ、いける人は顔ものけぞらせちゃいましょう!
