ボディステップ67のコリオ(ピーク1-ピーク2)
<BS67-04> Wild Women Do
“Everybody Get Up!, Everybody Get Wild!”というフレーズが何度か出てくるところがパフォーマンスポイントになります。
“Get Up!”で両手を高く上げ、 “Get Wild!”で両手の爪を立てて横に引き裂くように広げましょう!
コリオとしては3ニーリピーターから変化してのニー・リコシェで行うメロディパート、コーナー・パワーニーリフト3回(1往復半)+ベーシックジョグのサビパートと非常にシンプルです。
サビパートが終わってからのジョグがまぁまぁ長いので、途中で飽きないようにレベルを変えていきましょう。
ベーシック(ノージョグ)x2→ベーシックジョグx6(ここで“Get Wild!”のパフォーマンスオプションあり!)→ハイニージョグx8
最後はコーナーパワーニーの連続、キメポーズはワイルドに両手の爪を立てて横に引き裂く!
<BS67-05> We Run This
片足ずつ台に乗せながら左右に移動するフルストンプがメインの動きとなります。
フルストンプの足の運びは以下のようになります(右足リードの例)
[1-2]右足で台をストンプ、左足で床(台の左横)をストンプ[3-4] 右足で台をストンプ、左足で床(台の後ろ)をストンプ[5]右足を床に下ろす[6-7] 左足で台をストンプ、右足で床(台の右横)をストンプ[8] 左足で台をストンプ
フルストンプ以降の動きが徐々に変化していく構成になっており、フルストンプ+ウォーク→フルストンプ+ウォーク&Vステップ→フルストンプ+ウォーク&ジャンプスクワットと強度が上がっていきます!
<BS67-06> Hip To Be Square
曲名を意識したステップの動きが特徴的です。
曲名に”Square”と入っていることから「スクエアステップ」という名前になっています。
横(外)→後ろ→横(内)→前の順番で動き、流れとしては以下のようになります(右足リードの例)
[1-2](台の右端から)右足から台の端に乗る[3-4]左足から後ろに下がって台を降りる[5-6]左足から左横に移動する[7-8]右足から前に移動する
どちらの足から動かすのかが若干分かりにくいですが、正直あまり気にしうなくてもいいと思います。
決めポーズも”Square”の声にあわせてポーズをとります。
台に片足で乗って、両手で顔の周りに四角形を描くように水平→垂直にポーズ!
