ボディステップ85コリオ覚え書き
コリオについて
アスレチックサーキット(リリース当時はボーナストラック扱い)が初登場したBODYSTEP85です。アスレチックについては後半で説明しますので、まずは通常フォーマットの内容についてです。
今回はステップ台が久しぶりに縦向きでのスタートになります。
Warm-Upでは台の上で膝を交互に入れ替えるロッカーニーが出てきます。
これまでは左右1往復のコリオが多かったところ、今回は右左右、降りて左右左、というように1.5往復の左右入れかえになります。
また、台の縦幅を利用して2回目の膝を一歩踏み込んで行うのも特徴的です。[1-2]ステップニー[3-4]一歩前に踏み込んで膝を入れ替える[5-6]足を戻してステップニー[7-8]床に降りる、となります。
Step-Warm-Upでは手と足を連動させて動くところがあります。足の動きは通常のダウンタップ、ここに手を付けて片手横にオープン→反対の手もオープン→胸の前でクロス→両手ハンズアップ、と手が付きます。
この流れは4曲目でも出てくるのでここで覚えておきましょう。
またこのあと"Yeh, Yeh, Yeh"の歌詞のところで両手を頭上で3回振りますが、リード足側だけ振って、反対側はランニングアームです。
間違って両方降ると一人だけ目立ってしまうのでご注意。
Step-Orientationはボディコンバット9番で使われていた古い曲です。最初聞いた時はびっくりしました。
足を外に開くアブダクションが途中から台に飛び乗ってフリーズに変わります。手も横に開いていたのを斜め上に開くなど、徐々にレベルアップしていきます。
また、アブダクションのコリオからオーバー連続に変わるところで進行方向に向かってスライスというパフォーマンスもあります。
キメポーズはこのスライスに似ていますが、左手を横に向かって指差し、です!
Step-Athleticは2曲目で紹介した手の動きが出ますが、ちょこっとだけ変わります。片手横にオープン→反対の手もオープン→胸の前でクロス→両手パンチアップ、ということで、最後がパーかグーかの違いです。
また、4曲目なのにランジがやたらと出てくるのもこの曲の特徴、びっくりするくらいランジだらけのコリオです。
深くランジすることも大事ですがピークトラックですので、跳び上がるようにしたほうが心拍数が上がります。
キメポーズは左足で踏み込んで両手パンチアップ!
Mixed-Strengthは最初から複数の動きではじまるので注意。トリプルタップダウン→ベーシック2回というコンビネーションからのスタートです。
ここからベーシックのところがジャンプスクワット2回に変化します。
このスクワット、サビのところでは"Who's That Cheek"の歌詞に合わせて両手で前を指さしのパフォーマンスがあります。「あのほっぺ(の可愛い子)はだあれ?」ていう意味なので、前じゃなくていろんなところを指しても楽しそうですね。
キメポーズも"Who's That Cheek"の歌詞なので、お好きなところを指さし!
Power-PeakはBS47からのリバイバルです。曲名のとおりひたすらジャンプ!ジャンプ!のピークらしい1曲、ところどころで聞こえるスクラッチの音に合わせてDJしましょう。
メインのコンビネーションであるダブルジャンプ→アクロスのコリオはBODYSTEP47の後半で出てきたコリオと全く一緒なので、昔から受けている方はちょっとニヤリとしたり。
また、途中のプッシュアップ後のインターバルでパフォーマンスがありまして、これは覚えておかないとついていけないので予習しておきましょう!
"Are You Ready!"に合わせて、左側を向いて体を曲げる→正面向いて足を開き、両手は肘を直角にして立てる→足を閉じながら両手で前を指さし、です!
キメポーズは台に飛び乗って左手でスクラッチ!
Recoveryはとにかく「マッスル!」です。ずっとマッスルマッスル言ってます。
フリーズランジ+ニーリフトのところは両手でバーベルを持ち上げるように、ショルダープレスの感じでゆっくり動かします。
キメポーズもMuscle, Muscle, Muscle, Muscle, , , ,とマッスルリフレインなので、基本は4ポーズ、ですが聞こえる限りポージングしたりと割と自由な終わり方です。
Party-Stepは台をチャチャチャのリズムで踏むポニーステップが特徴的です。後半は更にターンも加わり[1-8]ポニーステップ(両手を頭上で3回振る)1往復[9-12]1歩目だけ台を踏んでピボットターン(両手は腰の高さでジャズハンドオープン)[13-16]ワイドベーシックステップ(両手は上上下下と4回クラップ)となります。ターンが入るのは左リードのときだけ、全部右回りです。
また、何回かパフォーマンスが入りますが女性バージョンと男性バージョンの2種類用意されています。女性バージョンは両手で体を下からなぞり、上で手を開く、男性バージョンは両手を下から外回しして、今度は上から逆回し、です。
キメポーズも女性バージョン、男性バージョン、もしくはみなさんのオリジナルと自由な感じです。
Speed-Stepはタンゴの曲です。最初は両手の掌を前に向けて下で構えてオーバー、そこからオーバーフリーズに合わせてアップダウンさせます。アップのときは両手を頭の前で重ねるようにしましょう。上下どちらも掌が前を向ので、アップダウンの際に掌をくるっと返す感じになります。
キメポーズは説明しにくいのですが、右向きに台に両足で乗ると同時両手を下に振り下ろしながら胸を押し出す感じです。
Peak3は曲がカッコいい、ボディアタック55のパワートラックで使用された曲ですが、ボディステップでも"Go! Go!"のところで2回パンチするパフォーマンスが入ります。
ほかにはメインのコンビネーションからオーバーに入るところにもパフォーマンスがあります。浅くロールダウンしてから内側の手をパンチアップ、です!
最後の追い込みはスピードタップ。重心はステップ台に残すので体が左右にブレるのはNGです。きれいに動けばほとんど上半身は動きません。
キメポーズは両手パンチアップでホールド→右足を一歩踏み込みながら下を向き両手を振り下ろす!
最後に初登場のアスレチックです。
サーキットトレーニングと呼ばれるトレーニング手法を取り入れたもので、30秒程度の短い時間帯で一定の動きを繰り返し行うようなコリオ構成になっています。
今回は①スクワットジャンプ(右)②スクワットジャンプ(左)③ウエイトサイドスクワット④バーピー⑤ウエイトサイドスクワット⑥バーピーの6セットです。
非常にシンプルな内容なので1回1回がながーい30秒に感じると思います笑。
ラストは休憩なしのバーピー8連続でフィニッシュです!
